"I'm addicted to pastel and have been since I picked my first one up way back in the 80's. Yes I'm an 'older artist' with over 30 years painting and teaching experience to share with you. Mostly I paint from life and love painting en plein-air, using bold colour and seeking out Natures more linear subjects".
Pastel painting has been my first and ongoing love. When my original videos were made in 2019 they were short and sweet. I made slide show presentations like this one "3 Tone Start To Painting" so that those new to the online world and to painting had a simple way to get information.
Over time my online world has morphed from simple presentations to video demos and live online workshops. Today I have amalgamated two of my loves into one package, one home. Online Pastel Learning has come into the website home of The Online Art Society.
