Bookings are for one hour with Karol Oakley and held via Zoom on video link. Artists will have access to the video for a month after the event.  There are no refunds or transfers of credit to the booking if the artist misses the appointment.

If at the artist can not make the appointed time then with one week  notice a refund will be given.
